Huyen Vuong: Chairwoman & CEO

Ms. Huyen graduated from Hanoi Banking Academy with a Bachelor of Art in Banking & Finance, Hanoi University for Foreign Languages with a Bachelor of Art in English, and Columbia Southern University, USA, with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a GPA of 4.0.

Ms. Huyen has over 23 years of experience in corporate & investment banking and corporate finance. She held several senior positions in banks, such as Deputy CEO cum Head of Wholesale Banking of Vietnam International JS Bank (VIB) (2012-2019), Director cum Hanoi Branch Manager of Credit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank (2009-2012), Head of Structured Export Finance & Corporate Finance of ANZ Vietnam (2005-2009), Business Development Manager ANZ/Vtrac Leasing (2003-2005), Relationship Manager Corporate Banking of ANZ Hanoi Branch (1996-2003).

Ms. Huyen has good leadership skills, a good understanding of the Vietnam market, and solid sales and risk management capability. Ms. Huyen has a lot of experience in advising, structuring, and executing complicated transactions in both equity and debt. She has good knowledge and understanding of banking and finance products & services and risk assessment and management. She has good relationships with local and international economic groups, corporates, enterprises, local authorities, investment funds, and foreign investors.
