Vinacomin signed a credit contract on loan syndication worth VND1,150 billion with Keb Hana Bank

September 2020 – Vietnam National Coal – Minerals Industry Group (Vinacomin) signed a credit contract on loan syndication worth VND1,150 billion with Keb Hana Bank (Hanoi branch) in Hanoi.

Signing ceremony – Phuoc Huu – Duyen Hai 1 30MW Wind power plant project

Mar 2021 – T&T Energy (Phuoc Huu Duyen Hai 1 Wind Power JSC), a member of T&T Group, started constructing the project. The factory has power of 30MW, using fifteen 2-MW wind turbines of Envision. IPC Group was selected to be general EPC constructor.

Thanh Thanh Cong Group mobilized VND300 billion bond

October 2021 – Thanh Thanh Cong Investment Joint Stock Company (TTCI) successfully offered 3 million 3-year bonds with par value of 100,000 VND/bond to the market to raise VND300 billion. This is a private placement, non-convertible, without warrants and with collateral corporate bond.
The bond was distributed to 5 institutional investors and 3 professional individual investors.

Kangaroo mobilized over VND100 billion 3-year bond

August 2022 – Kangaroo International Joint Venture Joint Stock Company (Kangaroo Group) announced that it has completed the issuance of bonds to mobilize more than VND100 billion.

Kangaroo’s bond batch has a term of 3 years, including 1,020 bonds with a par value of 100 million VND/bond, issued on August 25, 2022 and matures on August 25, 2022.

An Khanh Thermal Power JSC successfully raised VND1,000 billion loan

July 2023 – An Khanh Thermal Power Joint Stock Company successfully mobilized VND1,000 billion loan to improve production and business activities to increase the power generation to reduce the electricity shortage for northern provinces of Vietnam in the summer of 2023.

January 2024 – Nexif Ratch Energy Investments (Nexif Ratch Energy) has acquired successfully the 30MW Minh Luong run-of-river hydro power plant in Lao Cai province, Vietnam.

The transaction helps Nexif Ratch Energy to strengthen its growth path in renewables and expand the energy asset portfolio in Vietnam.

Vietnam’s first 20-year project and green bond guaranteed by GuarantCo and issued by the Xuan Mai Water Supply System Project

November 2024 – GuarantCo, part of the Private Infrastructure Development Group (PIDG), has provided a VND 1,192 billion (c. USD 47 million equivalent) guarantee to Hoa Binh – Xuan Mai Clean Water Limited Liability Company (Hoa Binh – Xuan Mai) and Xuan Mai – Hanoi Clean Water Transmission Limited Company (Xuan Mai – Hanoi) (the Companies). Hoa Binh -Xuan Mai has issued 20-year VND 875.1 billion (c. USD 34.5 million equivalent) green bonds to fund the development of a greenfield water supply project in Hoa Binh province to supply clean water primarily to the Hanoi region.
